Beware of what people say!
It’s time to critically examine the impact of what people say over your life.
We are either a victim or have been a victim of what people said.
We are moved by what people say. People watch video with more views on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook because they think what the speaker says is more important than what God says.
Only what God says can save!
You came to the current situation because you can’t hear what God is saying.
Even when God speaks, we still wait to get a confirmation from people when God already told us his mind.
Sarah said: God has restrained me from having a child! (Gen16:2) so she opted for another plan. The truth is, God never said she won’t have a child. When we go through a lot in life, we start saying what God didn’t say.
What you say affects you and people!!!
Someone is still bitter about what someone said years ago when the person has moved on.
You are hired or fired because of what someone said.
You left the church because of what someone said. You joined because of the way the Pastor preached and not necessarily because you are hearing God yourself.
You left your spouse becuase of what someone said.
My boss almost lost me becuase he was relating with me based on what someone previously said to him.
Hmmm, you in the current career because of what someone said.
You’ve lost someone who loves you and would have taken care of you because you didn’t bother to ask God – you went with most popular decision.
Your affirmation comes from people. You care less about what God think.
Someone is worried because of what the Doctor said about their health.
You are in a relationship, career, fellowship and job where you are loosing your mental health because you are afraid of what people will say.
Your heart is full of what people said more than what God said.
Some of us know more about the nature of a disease than healing scriptures. Our teachers no longer impacts knowledge but what is nice to hear and we love it that way!
You are crying – She or He left me for another person when God said you are a wonderful person.
People say things not because they really like you but they also what to allign with what the society says and protect their interest.
This thing about what people say is like some cancer that kills gradually! You need to deliver yourself from it by learning to hear God’s verdict on all issue.
Even when we pray, we are quick to tell God what we want to tell him and in a hurry to hear what he has to say.
We always see things from human perspectives!
Jesus told Peter ( His deputy) :“Get away from me, Satan!
You are a dangerous trap to me. You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, not from God’s.”Matt16:23.
You really need to get away from some people and come close to God so you can start seeing things from his perspective.
God said is Isa55:3 “Come to me with your ears wide open. Listen, and you will find life. I will make an everlasting covenant with you”
Whatever God say will overrule what people says!
Don’t just do things because of what someone said- check the Scriptures!!!
