Don’t conclude based on what you see! (Textword150923)

Yoruba language is very rich!

There is a saying that “Aso nla ko ni eniyan nla” meaning the fact that one looks great, doesn’t mean the person is great!

Another one says ” Irinisi ni seni lojo” meaning you will be treated based on your appearance.

Life is all about balance!!!

Some of us have missed great people that would have transformed our lives but we wrote them off because of their appearance.

Archbishop Benson Idahosa wife said,” it was after the death of my husband that I knew he was a great man”.

As child, Benson Idahosa was put in the trash bin to die. Hmmmm. Thank God he didn’t die!

My friend, whatever you see in people’s life today is temporal!

When I come in contact with people, I always pray to God to show me who they are so I know how to relate with them.

When you always judge things by your SPEC, you will miss good things!!!

Don’t relate with your spouse, friend, family members , spiritual leaders based on what you see!

Watch my video on YouTube on “Wisdom from parable of the shower to see 4 types of people you will encounter in life”

Whatever you see is TEMPORAL!!!

Paul missed Jesus the first time becuase he thought he was the son of a carpenter.

He said:”Consequently, from now on we estimate and regard no one from a [purely] human point of view [in terms of natural standards of value]. [No] even though we once did estimate Christ from a human viewpoint and as a man, yet now [we have such knowledge of Him that] we know Him no longer [in terms of the flesh].
2 Cor 5:16.

Jesus is not just the miracle worker, He is the LORD over principality and powers.

We will all appear before him and give an account of everything we did.

Accept Jesus as your Lord today!

Get to know him personally by reading about him and through prayer.

In conclusion, get to know people very well before you commit yourself to them.

Actually get to know yourself too! Know who you are so you know how to live!!!

The people that can reveal who you are to you and tell you about people are:
1. God’s word – when you read it you will find what was written about you. Jesus found himself in the scriptures Luke4:17-21. God’s word will reveal the feelings in your heart- Heb4:12. Do you know Jesus is the Word of God?
2.The Holy Spirit – read more about him in John14:26,16:8-15 and tell me what you found

I want to hear from you!

May the good Lord keep you safe!

May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together-spirit, soul, and body-and keep you fit for the coming of our Master, Jesus Christ. The One who called you is completely dependable. If he said it, he’ll do it!
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
