Past experiences can keep a person in the same position for a long time!

God told Joshua “Arise – Look up”

Isa60 says “ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you-rise to a new life]!

Abraham dwelt so much in the past that he didn’t think God could give him a son. He said to God “What would you give me seeing that I go childless?”

God said to him, what you saw “Your servant becoming your heir” is not what you will get.
He gave him a new vision.
Gen15:1-3.

This pattern will not repeat itself in your life!

You will be the first in your family to break that jinx.

I have come to the conclusion that people’s actions are determined by what they see and their thoughts.

Your private devotion and prayer life is determined by what you see!

Most people depend on salary paid jobs because that is what they see!

They have not given consideration to the creation of employment opportunities.

We are not keen on evangelism because we don’t know that hell is real!

Lets conclude with this:

Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Jeremiah, what do you see?
And I said, I see a branch or shoot of an almond tree [the emblem of alertness and activity, blossoming in late winter].

Then said the Lord to me,
You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it. Jer1:11-12.
